Step 5: Enter Your Flight Details

Fill in your departure and arrival airports, travel dates, and the number of passengers.

Tip: Flights with a seat icon indicate a mixed cabin itinerary (lower-class segment on one leg). Hover over the icon to check.

Step 8: Review Your Flight Summary

Check your itinerary carefully. Your flight summary shows the flights, total miles required, and taxes/fees.
Once everything is correct, click “Next.”

Pointrs reminds you that you can book for yourself or another traveller.

Step 10: Confirm and Purchase Your Flight

Review all information one last time, enter payment details for taxes/fees, and click “Purchase.”
You’ll receive your confirmation email immediately.

Step 11: Booking for Others

Note: Award bookings can be made for yourself or anyone else — you don’t need separate accounts.

Step 12: Booking Online

Note: Most award bookings can be completed entirely online, making it fast and convenient.

Step 13: Plan Ahead

Note: Award flights generally open 331 days in advance — planning early gives you the best chance of securing the flights you want.
